Tori founded United Oak as a vehicle to help develop the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. Her journey started as the story of an average American who was urged to go to school and get a high paying job that one could retire with. She received her bachelors in communications with focus on organizational development and began to pursue her MBA until a tragic event occurred in 2020, COVID! Her dream company let go of 2000 people who were no longer needed and that’s when she came to a new reality. ​What she was led to believe was the safe and secure route turned out to not be so safe and secure. She began her entrepreneur journey and just like the average entrepreneur, her first 3 ventures failed. She soon came across a company that provided hands-on mentorship and she opened her first successful business centered around career development while giving back to non profits. In the first year, it generated well over $1.5 million in revenue.​After much success and learning as an owner, she decided to rebrand and open United Oak. She’s ready to pour into the next generation of ambitious changemakers by providing real-world experience, mentorship, and a platform for purpose-driven success.
